HERBAL TEAS THAT HELP WITH EXCESSIVE SWEATING


Herbal tea

Ingredients:
3 spoons sage tea 
1 spoon anise tea

Preparation:
Mix the teas in a container and spill over them 500 ml. of hot water. Close the container and leave it to sit for one hour. Strain the tea and 2 cups a day, in the morning and evening. 

Herbal tea wash

Ingredients:
3 teaspoons oak bark tea
2 teaspoon walnut leaf tea
1 teaspoon thyme tea

Preparation:
Mix the teas in a container and spill over them 200 ml. of hot water. Close the container with a lid and leave it to sit for a half an hour. Strain the mixture and use the tea to wash your underarms in the mornings and nights.
