(healthy snack)
This recipe is very easy to make. The first 4 ingredients are the base for this recipe. You can adapt it to your taste, you can put fruit that you like, you can put seeds, nuts etc. Have fun with it.
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons chia seed
- 2 bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup of oats
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon shredded coconut (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped dry fruit
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla
Preparation:
In a small bowl put the chia and milk together and stir them until they get thick consistency.
In another bowl mix all the other ingredients together, add the chia and milk paste and mix it again.
You can form the cookies with a spoon, and put them on a parchment paper.
Bake them on 170 °C- 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
