HOW TO STOP SMOKING
(Get some help from the plants)
Smoking is really bad for your health. It can do a lot of damage on your lungs, cardiovascular system, skin, teeth etc.
For most smokers getting rid of this habit is a big struggle. Cigarettes are not just addictive, they are also full of chemicals and some of those chemicals are cancerous.
The process of leaving cigarettes is very hard and can take a long time. The problem is the nicotine craving of the body. This craving starts only few hours after abstinence and can last up to six months.
Some plants can be very beneficial for the process of leaving cigarettes. Some plants lower the nicotine craving, some clear the throat and lungs, some help with the anxiety.
Here are some herbal teas that can help:

It strengthens the immune system and helps with digestion.
This plant also contains very little nicotine and reduces the cravings.
