HERBS THAT HELP WITH WEIGHT LOSS
When it comes to weight loss it is important to remember that losing weight isn`t always an easy process, especially if it is a serious health problem. The herbs that I mention here are just allies to weight loss. If you want to lose weight it is also necessary for you to make some diet changes and exercise regularly (walking 30-40 minutes a day can help a lot).
Cinnamon- Has anti-fungal and antibacterial properties, can regulate blood sugar (affects how hungry and energetic you are), helps burn excessive visceral fat (abdominal fat), increases metabolism and improves digestion.
Green tea- It is the most popular weight loss plant. It is a natural antioxidant, helps increase metabolism and boost fat burning. It is important that you drink only 2 cups a day.
Turmeric- Contains an active ingredient called curcumin which helps slows the formation of fatty tissue by affecting the blood vessels needed to form it. Curcumin contributes to lower body fat and weight loss. It is also an anti-inflammatory agent and lowers insulin resistance.
Ginger- It is a great ally when it comes to weight loss; helps flush out toxins from your body. Just like cinnamon helps regulate blood sugar, burns visceral fat and boost your metabolism.
Hibiscus- It's loaded with tons of nutrients, minerals and flavonoids. Hibiscus can help with reducing fat absorption in the body.
