HEALING AND RELAXING FOOT SOAKS MADE FROM PLANTS

After a long day of work having a warm foot soak (even just with water) is a good way to relax.  A foot soak hydrates your skin, relaxes your muscles, can relieve pain, and reduces swelling, protects from the development of bacteria on your feet.

Here are some natural foot soaks made from plants that are beneficial for your health:

FOOT SOAK FOR FUNGAL INFECTION AND SMELLY FEET

In 1 liter of hot water put 50 gr. of common sage and boil it for 2 minutes. Remove it from the heat, close the container and leave it to sit half an hour.
Remove the sage from the liquid, and then put the liquid in a foot soak container. Add hot water, 3 teaspoons of baking soda and 3-5 teaspoons of tea tree oil.
Soak your feet for half hour. For better effect of this soak do it once a day at least for one week.

FOOT SOAK FOR GETTING RID OF TOXINS AND IMPROVING CIRCULATION

In a large container put 5 liters of hot water, and then put 5 spoons of sea salt, 5 spoons of Epsom salt, 5 spoons of baking powder, 1 spoon of ginger (dry) and 1 spoon of ground chili pepper.
Soak your feet for half hour.

FOOT SOAK FOR BETTER SLEEP AND SOOTHING NERVES

In a large pot boil 3-4 liters of water. While boiling put 5 spoons of dry lavender, 5 spoons dry lemon balm, 5 spoons dry chamomile, 5 spoons dry valerian root. Boil it for 2-3 minutes and remove it from the heat.
