HOW TO PROPERLY USE BODY SCRUBS
(plus 2 body scrub recipes)

Before we get to the body scrubs, I would like to give you some tips on how to properly use body scrubs. This is important because there are very easy mistakes that you can make (I did them too).

1.     You can do body scrubs in the bath of shower, before you apply them make sure your skin is thoroughly wet.
Do not use extremely hot water; it will dry your skin.

2.   Don`t use body scrubs more than twice a week.

3.   Always moisturize your skin after a body scrub. Anything you put on your skin after a body scrub is absorbed more rapidly.

4.   Before moisturizing always pat dry your skin.

5.    If you have to shave, always do the body scrub before shaving.  

Here are two quick and easy to make body scrubs:

SCRUB 1:

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
3 spoons granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


Mix the ingredients together with a fork (don`t over mash). Gently massage the mix over your body. Rinse off with warm water. Pat dry your skin and moisturize.



SCRUB 2

Ingredients:
½ cup of coconut oil
½ cup of brown sugar
½ spoon vanilla



Mix the ingredients together; massage them over your body. Rinse off, pat dry and then moisturize.
