BODY SCRUBS FOR ALL SKIN TYPES

BODY SCRUB FOR SENSITIVE SKIN

Ingredients:

1 cup of brown sugar
½ cup coconut oil (solidified but soft)
5-6 drops of any essential oil (optional)
½ teaspoon Vitamin E (optional)


Preparation and use:

Mix the ingredients together until you get wet sand consistency. Massage it gently on the skin. Wash it with lukewarm water, tap dry your skin and moisturize.


BODY SCRUB FOR DRY SKIN

Ingredients:

½ cup of sea salt
½  cup coconut oil
½ cup dried rose petals (crushed)
5-6 drops rose essential oil

Preparation and use:

Mix the ingredients together. Massage it gently on the skin. Wash it with lukewarm water, tap dry your skin and moisturize.



BODY SCRUB FOR OILY SKIN

Ingredients:

1 cup of sugar
½ cup of olive oil
¼ cup of green tea (brewed)
1 ½ bag of green tea (not brewed)



Preparation and use:

Mix the ingredients together. Make tick paste; if the mix is too watery add some more sugar. Massage it gently on the skin. Wash it with lukewarm water, tap dry your skin and moisturize.
