Here are some foods that promote teeth health:


Celery
Helps with neutralizing bacteria in the mouth (because of the long chewing). Also cleans the space between the teeth.
Cheese
It is rich in calcium and phosphates (both beneficial for teeth). Protects and renews the tooth enamel.
Green tea
Contains catechins which destroys the bacteria caused by sugar consumption and helps with bad breath.
Kiwi
Very rich in Vitamin C. Promotes healthy gums. Prevents periodontal diseases. 
Onion
Has a powerful antibacterial property which means destroys many bacteria. Has better effect when eaten raw.
Parsley
Chewing raw parsley leaves after meals helps with bad breath.
Sesame seeds
Prevents teeth plaque and strengthens the teeth enamel. Rich in calcium.
Shiitake mushrooms

Wasabi
Destroys bacteria and prevents caries.
