Banana and blueberry smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banana
2 kale leaves
1 glass blueberries
1 glass water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon organic honey
Put the ingredients in the blender and mix for 6 seconds.
Orange Spinach Basil Smoothie
Ingredients:
5-6 large oranges
1 cup fresh spinach
½ cup fresh basil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice (optional)
Blend the oranges for 3-5 seconds, then add the spinach and basil and continue blending until is smooth.
Kale smoothie
Ingredients:
1 glass blueberries
1 banana
2 glasses kale
1 carrot
1 glass water
1 tablespoon organic honey
Put the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get homogeneous liquid.
