TREAT MUSCLE AND JOINT PAIN, GOUT AND VARICOSE VEINS WITH GREEN CLAY

Here is some information that is important to know when using green clay:
Do not reuse green clay 
No contact with metal (no metal bowls, spoons etc.)
If you have dry skin always moisturize your skin before use
No matter your skin type always moisturize your skin after use


Green clay treatment for muscle and joint pain

Ingredients: 
3 spoons green clay
Some warm water (not hot)
Some St. John`s Wort Oil
10 drops chamomile essential oil
2-3 drops rosemary (optional)

Preparation:
Put the clay in a bowl; add the water and oil little by little to get creamy mixture. Add the essential oils and mix again. Apply the mixture on affected places and cover it with cotton cloth (gauze), wrap the cloth with see-through foil. Leave it for half an hour. 
When using St. John`s Wort oil avoid direct sun exposure.

Green clay treatment for gout (inflammation in the joints)

Ingredients:
3 spoon green clay
1 spoon sea salt
5 drops of juniper berry essential oil

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together. Fill a large container (for feet soaking) with warm water and add the clay mixture. Soak your feet for 40 minutes. Do this soak once a day for 10 days. 


Green clay treatment for varicose veins

Ingredients:
5 spoons green clay
½ glass rose water

Preparation:
Mix the ingredients together until you get creamy texture. Apply the mix to the affected places and leave it for 30-40 minutes. Wash it off with warm water.
