WHAT IS SALT SOLE AND HOW TO MAKE IT AND USE IT
(Very easy to make recipe)

Salt sole is a fully saturated solution of water and Himalayan salt (or Celtic sea salt). The water is saturated when it can no longer dissolve the salt and the result is concentrated, electrically charged mixture of the 84 trace minerals in the salt. The ionic salt and trace minerals nourish each cell in your body.

The recipe for making it is very easy; you can use ground salt or chunks of salt.

Salt sole recipe

Ingredients:

Himalayan salt (or Celtic sea salt)
Filtered water
Glass jar (with plastic lid)

Do not use metal utensils to store it, make it or consume the sole (spoons). No contact with metal at all.

Preparation and use:

Fill ¼ of the jar with the salt and fill the rest of it with the water. Close the jar, shake it and leave it for 10-12 hours.

Salt sole should always have salt that is not dissolved on the bottom that means that the water is saturated. If all of your salt dissolves just add more salt.

You can use the sole by taking one teaspoon in the morning 30 minutes before eating. If the taste is too strong for you, mix one teaspoon of sole with one small glass (200 ml.) of water in drink it.

If the taste is still too strong for you add 1 teaspoon of the sole in a bottle of water and drink the water through the day.
