5 OAK BARK RECIPES FOR EXTERNAL USE
(treat wounds, burns, excessive sweating, gums)


Excessive feet and hand sweating soak

Take 50 grams of oak bark and spill 1 liter of hot water over it. Leave the water to cool a little and the soak your feet/hands for 15-20 minutes. Do this treatment for 10 days at least, but no more than 3 weeks. Make a 30 days pause and then repeat treatment. 


Excessive feet and hand sweating spray

Take 2 table spoons of oak bark per glass of water. Make tea and leave it to cool. Put the tea in a clean spray bottle and use it 2 times a day (morning and evening). Don`t use it more than 3 weeks. 


Gingivitis oak bark tincture

Mix 10 grams of oak bark with 100 ml. of alcohol in a glass bottle. Leave the mixture for 10 days and shake the bottle 2-3 times a day. After the 10 days have passed strain the mixture and put the tincture in a dark glass bottle and seal it well. Use 10-15 drops of tincture in a glass of water (room temperature) and use it to gargle and rub the gums.  Wash with water after use. 


Oak bark remedy against hair lost

Use 4 tablespoons of oak bark powder and boil it with 250 ml. of water. Leave the mixture to cool, strain it and pad across your scalp. Use the mixture 2 times a week. 


Oak bark remedy for wounds and burns

Make tea with 35 grams of oak bark with a glass of water. Cool the mixture and strain it. With a cotton pad apply it to the affected areas.
