GREEN CLAY MASK FOR CELLULITE
(Easy to make recipe)

What is cellulite?

Cellulite is a condition in which the skin has a dimpled, lumpy appearance. It usually affects the buttocks and thighs but can also occur in other areas. Cellulite occurs when fat deposits push through the connective tissue beneath the skin. Between 80 and 90 percent of women may experience cellulite at some point in their lives.

The recipe

Ingredients:
½ cup of warm water
½ cup of green clay
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey

Preparation and use:
Put the green clay in a bowl, add the lemon juice and mix it a little. Add the honey and start to add the warm water little by little until you get smooth paste. Apply the mixture on the affected are and keep it on for 30 minutes. Remove it using warm water.
For better results use this treatment 2 times a week.

Before you start this treatment it is important to know that there is no easy and onetime fix to cellulite. In order to get rid of cellulite properly there need to be certain habit changes.
