GET RID OF CELLULITE THE RIGHT WAY

Over 80% of women experience cellulite. There are many healthy recipes that provide good treatment against cellulite but they are usually temporary. 

There are many reasons that can cause cellulite, they range from genetic predispositions (slow metabolism) to bad eating habits (a diet rich in fat and sugar).

1. Grapefruit and ginger smoothie

1 grapefruit
1 lemon 
little piece of fresh ginger root
half a teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon pollen powder
1 teaspoon of organic honey
1 cup of water

Blend the ingredients together and drink it half an hour before breakfast.

2. Parsley and cucumber smoothie 

1 cucumber (medium size)
1 stalk of celery
1 stalk of parsley
lemon juice (freshly squeezed from 1 lemon)
1 little piece of fresh ginger root
2 teaspoons of honey
1 cup of water

Blend the ingredients together and consume it as a supplement for snacks.

When you have this problem it is good to remember that when it comes to cellulite is not just the healthy recipe that helps but you need to make some live habits changes in order to make the solution permanent. 

You can take this advises step by step, because we all know that no habit changes over night. The main thing to do is not to give up. 

Here are some tips:

1. Don`t eat salty snacks, deep fried food, fatty cheese, sweets.

2. Drink a minimum of 2 liters of water daily.
