BODY SCRUBS FOR CELLULITE
When it comes to cellulite, unfortunately, there isn`t an
easy fix. This body scrubs help reduce the cellulite but they don’t prevent it
from showing up again.
The reason for this is that cellulite can be caused by bad
lifestyle habits. No matter how effective is the recipe we have against
cellulite if we don`t make changes to our diet and start exercise, the problem
will show up again.
So keep in mind that it is not just the smoothie, the body
scrub, the remedy is what we eat and how much we exercise (40 minute walk daily

Here are the body scrubs:
BODY SCRUB 1
Ingredients:
1 cup of ground coffee
1 cup of raw sugar
½ cup of coconut oil
5-6 drops of any essential oil (optional)
Preparation and use:
Mix the ingredients together by hand, (never use a blender
when you make a body scrub). Scrub the affected area gently (don`t use to much
force). Massage 10- 15 minutes. Wash it off
with lukewarm water and apply moisturizer. Use this scrub 2 times a week.
BODY SCRUB 2
1 cup of coffee (ground)
3 spoons of salt
6 spoons of coconut oil
Preparation and use:
Mix the ingredients together by hand. Scrub the affected
area gently (don`t use to much force). Massage 10- 15 minutes. Wash it off, moisturize.
Use this scrub 2 times a week.
BODY SCRUB 3
2 spoons of cooked oatmeal
4-5 teaspoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
Preparation and use:
Mix the ingredients together by hand. Scrub the affected
area gently (don`t use to much force). Massage 10- 15 minutes. Wash it off, moisturize.
Use this scrub 2 times a week.
BODY SCRUB 4
2 spoons of cocoa powder
3-4 teaspoons of honey
1 teaspoon rice flour
Preparation and use:
Mix the ingredients together by hand. Scrub the affected
area gently (don`t use to much force). Massage 10- 15 minutes. Wash it off, moisturize.
Use this scrub 2 times a week.
